Wayne is a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Group-work Facilitator, also focusses on the mental wellbeing and sexual health of those who identify within the LGBTQ+ family, as well as a speciality in counselling Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME), gay asylum seekers.
Kwabenafo is a Person-Centred counsellor who uses nature to bridge the gap between wellbeing, specifically Walking Talk Therapy.
“Given that I have always loved being outdoors in nature it seemed appropriate, once I had completed my training, to combine the world of nature with counselling. I find the outdoors to be a relaxing balm and an experience that helps me tune into my thoughts, feelings and sensations. “He also uses Energy Healing/Meditation Techniques.
Meridian Movement – specialises in rehabilitation using a mixture of mobility exercise, acupuncture, moxibustion, and cupping using both western and eastern medical philosophy. He has a level 2 & 3 qualifications in personal training and a science degree with honours in Chinese medicine.
